Introduction

What is it?(The definition below cited from Wikipedia)

A wiki is computer software that allows users to easily edit, create, and link web pages. Wikis are often used to create collaborative websites, power community websites, and are increasingly being installed by businesses to provide affordable and effective Intranets or for use in Knowledge Management. Ward Cunningham, developer of the first wiki, WikiWikiWeb, originally described it as "the simplest online database that could possibly work".^[1] One of the best-known wikis is Wikipedia.^[2]

The wiki client we use is called "pbwiki"(prounced "public wiki"), that includes various usages and perfect functions.

Who created it? If I have problems, whom should I ask?

Ping(黃平) is the creator and administartor of this wiki; however, all the classmates are the real owners of this wiki. If it happens that you have techniqual dufficulties, you have several ways to contact Ping as follows.

What on earth does the name of our wiki mean?

 

"Thesauros" is the root of "treasure" that originates from Greek elements. If we collaborate to make this wiki bigger; the dedication worths our efforts-- wherever we go, once we have Internet access, we can log in to find the appropriate tools to use. Aren't instant resources the synonyms of treasue?
